This fabulous 3,000 square ft, 5 bedroom home is perfect for a large family group or even two families as it offers 2 master bedrooms, both of which feature ensuite bathrooms. Both also have TVs and DVD players. One master bedroom also offers the benefit of a large balcony leading out overlooking the pool area. Downstairs you will find a large living area with a 40 inch family TV as well as a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances to suit your needs such as a dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave and waste disposal. There is a breakfast area in the kitchen and you will also find an additional dining area for more formal meals. There is a separate laundry area within the large double garage featuring a washing machine and dryer. The home is fully air conditioned.
Leading out through the patio doors you will find the large pool area situated around your pool and hot-tub. These can be heated (for a small extra charge) although this is not usually necessary in the Florida heat.
